Terms of Service

Last updated: 8 September 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Hisaabii, a SaaS platform for invoicing and business management oriented to Saudi Arabia and the GCC, including ZATCA-related features (the “Service”).

By creating an account, starting a trial, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and any organization you represent.

2. Description of the service

Hisaabii provides tools for company workspaces, client and product catalogs, invoicing and related commercial documents, finance and operations modules enabled by your plan, client portal access where configured, and workflows that help you prepare and submit ZATCA-related invoice data when you choose to use those features.

Features available to you depend on your subscription plan (for example Starter or Pro), module entitlements, and configuration. We may improve, add, or remove features with reasonable notice when material.

3. Accounts and responsibilities

You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your accounts and for authorizing only appropriate users within your organization.

You must ensure that business data you enter (including VAT numbers, addresses, and invoice content) is accurate and lawful. You must not misuse the Service or attempt unauthorized access.

4. Subscriptions, trials, and billing

Paid access is offered through subscription plans such as Starter and Pro, billed via Moyasar on the cycle you select (for example monthly or yearly), subject to the pricing shown at checkout.

Where a free trial is offered, card details may be collected up front through Moyasar; unless you cancel before the trial ends under the rules shown in the product, the subscription may convert to a paid plan and your payment method may be charged.

Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise. Failed payments may result in immediate lockout of modules until billing is restored, as implemented in the product.

Taxes may apply based on your location. You authorize us and Moyasar to charge the payment method on file for recurring amounts.

5. Acceptable use

You may use the Service only for lawful business purposes. You must not upload malware, infringe others’ rights, spam, attempt to reverse engineer the Service except as permitted by law, or use the Service to violate tax, privacy, or export rules.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations, abuse, or risk to the platform or other customers.

6. Data ownership and license

You retain ownership of the business content and records you submit to the Service (“Customer Data”). You grant Hisaabii a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service and as otherwise described in the Privacy Policy.

Hisaabii and its licensors retain all rights in the Service software, branding, and documentation. These Terms do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.

7. ZATCA and tax compliance disclaimer

Hisaabii provides software features intended to help you prepare, validate, and submit electronic invoices and related data in workflows aligned with ZATCA requirements. The Service facilitates technical steps you initiate; it does not replace your legal obligations as a taxpayer or business.

You remain solely responsible for the accuracy of invoice data, timely filing and clearance/reporting as required, choice of environment (for example simulation vs production), certificate and OTP handling, and overall tax compliance under Saudi law and any other applicable rules. We do not provide tax, legal, or accounting advice.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, EXCEPT WHERE SUCH DISCLAIMERS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HISABII AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel a subscription according to the billing controls in the product (Settings → Billing).

We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, breach of these Terms, legal risk, or discontinuation of the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may delete or retain Customer Data as described in the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Saudi Arabia shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer or local rules require otherwise.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date and may notify you through the Service or email for material changes. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 8 September 2026

1. Introduction

Hisaabii is a Saudi Arabia / GCC-focused SaaS platform for ZATCA-oriented invoicing and business management. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you use our web and mobile applications and related services (the “Service”).

By creating an account or using the Service, you acknowledge the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Information we collect

Account and profile data: name, email address, password (stored hashed), language preference, and similar account settings.

Business profile data: company names, VAT/tax identifiers, commercial registration details, addresses, logos, stamps, signatures, bank details you choose to store, and related onboarding information.

Operational and financial records you create in the Service: clients/vendors, products and services, invoices and related documents (quotations, proposals, credit/debit notes, delivery notes, and similar), payments, expenses, HR and project records, uploaded files and OCR/document inputs, and activity logs tied to your workspace.

Technical and usage data: device/browser information, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, cookies or similar technologies, and diagnostic logs needed to operate and secure the Service.

Billing data: subscription plan, billing cycle, and payment status. Card details are collected and processed by Moyasar; Hisaabii does not store full card numbers on its servers.

3. How we use information

We use information to provide and improve the Service: authentication, workspace management, invoicing and document generation, ZATCA-related workflows you initiate, notifications, support, security monitoring, fraud prevention, and billing.

We may use aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably identify you for analytics and product improvement.

4. Third-party processors we use

Moyasar — payment processing and subscription billing (including trials and receipts Moyasar generates for charges).

Hostinger email (SMTP) — transactional email delivery (for example OTP codes, invitations, billing notices, and document emails you send through the Service).

Hosting, database, and infrastructure providers that run the application environment. We require processors to handle data only as needed to provide their services to us.

Where you connect or submit data to ZATCA / Fatoora (or related official systems) through features we provide, those systems are operated by the relevant authorities under their own terms; we facilitate the technical flow you request.

5. Data retention

We retain account and business data while your account and companies remain active, and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, accounting, dispute, and security needs.

Invoice and related tax records may be subject to Saudi / ZATCA regulatory retention obligations that apply to your business. Those obligations are yours as the taxpayer; the Service stores records you create so you can operate and demonstrate compliance, but retention requirements for tax documents are not waived by deleting an app account alone. Contact us if you need an export before closing a workspace.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for session authentication, security, locale preferences, and essential product operation. Disabling essential cookies may prevent login or core features from working.

7. Your rights and choices

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold about you, or object to certain processing. Workspace owners can also update most business and user data directly in the product.

Some records cannot be fully erased where we must retain them for legal, regulatory, billing, or security reasons. We will explain limitations when you make a request.

8. Security

We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information (including access controls, encryption in transit, and monitoring). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; you are responsible for protecting account credentials and limiting access within your organization.

9. Children’s privacy

The Service is intended for business users and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date and, when changes are material, provide additional notice through the Service or email where appropriate.

11. Contact
